Organised by Xavigate Style Company for customers aged 18 or over in Zimbabwe. Qualifying spend means the value of products in one confirmed, paid order, excluding delivery.
A qualifying US$30–US$49.99 order receives one entry in the US$200 draw. A qualifying order of US$50 or more receives one entry in each draw. Cancelled or refunded orders do not qualify. Contact us to confirm your entry and receive the full promotion terms.
Entries must be confirmed before 5pm CAT on 1 November 2026. Winners will be selected at random at 6pm CAT that day and contacted directly. The advertised prizes are US$200 and an iPhone 16. Delivery information
UK standard delivery: £4.99 per order. Estimated arrival: 3–5 working days from order confirmation. This is an estimated delivery window. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
The £4.99 delivery charge applies once per UK order and will be included in your total before you pay. Online checkout is being set up; orders are not open yet.
Returns & refund policy

Changed your mind?
Tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the items back. No reason is needed, and sale items have the same rights.
Returning your items
You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please keep them clean and return them with their tags and packaging where possible. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect the items; missing packaging alone does not remove your cancellation rights.
You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. Keep proof of postage. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items, Xavigate covers reasonable return costs.
Your refund
For a cancelled order, we refund without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds go to the original payment method, with no refund fee.
When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described, you normally have 30 days from delivery to reject it for a full refund. Rights to repair, replacement or other remedies can continue after 30 days. These rights are separate from change-of-mind returns.
